Refunds and Returned Items

We will accept returned items for exchange or refund up to 14 (fourteen) days after purchase.

You must email us at returns@urbanfreestyle.net or call 0800 907 1250

with the item details and your reasons for returning the goods.

The item/s must be returned with its/their original tags/labels and in original packaging. We will not accept any returns that have been soiled or are dirty or smell of smoke etc. If you are exchanging an item then you may be liable for any additional postage costs.

Please do not return any items before emailing or telephoning the details.

We suggest that you send returns by registered post or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
